RECTANGLE

A Rectangle body shape has roughly the same measurements at the shoulders, bust, and hips without a very defined waist. If you're looking for the perfect size for a Rectangle body shape, start by taking your natural waist and hip measurements. Our size chart will help you find the best size for you. If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up to ensure a comfortable fit. Keep in mind that shapewear should fit snugly without being too tight, so finding the size that's most comfortable for you has never been easier.

You are a rectangle if your waist is less than 25% smaller than your shoulders or bust (waist ÷ shoulders or bust ≥ .75) and your shoulder, bust, and hip measurements are within 5% of each other. To find out, look at your shoulder, bust, and hip measurements. Call the largest of the three measurements ta (usually this will be your shoulders) and y and z the other two. Multiply t by .95. If y and z are both greater than the result of tx .95, then your shoulders, bust, and hips are all within 5% of each other. For example, you are a rectangle if your shoulders measure 36 inches and your waist measures 27 inches or larger.
